PAYMENT CONFIRMS BOOKING.
PLEASE SEND US A CONTACT NUMBER AND ALSO GIVE OUR CONTACT NUMBER TO THE GUESTS.
Check-in time is from 12h00 to 20h00.
PLEASE COLLECT ROOM KEYS BEFORE 20H00. A CALLOUT FEE OF R100 IS PAYABLE AFTER 20H00.
Later check-ins by arrangement only. The callout fee is not payable for arranged late arrivals
We supply linen, bedding, towels and toilet paper.
We have mosquitos, so bring a repellent in summer.
We service rooms twice a week during your stay. For service every weekday, pay the extra fee. Please advise the guests accordingly.
EARLY DEPARTURES:
We will refund you only if the room gets occupied
CANCELLATIONS:
From 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit.
From 14 to 21 days forfeit is 50%.
Large bookings forfeit full deposit when 14 days left.
Single room bookings:
From 7 to 14 days forfeit is 75% of deposit.
Less than 7 days forfeit full deposit.
In addition to any cancellation fee that may be payable above, 10% of the total quote price will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
UNPAID GUESTS
EXTRA Guests who have not been booked are welcome, as long as we are advised by telephone, SMS or WhatsApp on the evening of their arrival.
Payment can be made the next morning @ R100 per person.
Failing to report the guest before 09h00 the next morning, you will be charged the SINGLE rate per person.
